Lionel Cranenburgh leads a career development company, that has achieved an unequalled record of success in the Education Department WA, Catholic Education WA, Association of Independent Schools WA, and government departments. He has achieved an outstanding record of success in merit promotions, for three decades, for principals, associate principals, all levels of school staff, police, nurses, and public servants.

Lionel has won accolades from schools in Western Australia and overseas, that have led to his services being in great demand. He was awarded the WA Positive Behaviours in School Award for WA, in a National Competition, where he was one of four winners, in Australia, selected by a panel, from hundreds of competitors.

Lionel wrote for a national audience, when the Australian Teacher Magazine, and the Australian Education Reporter, made him their regular writer, on national education issues. The West Australian Newspaper wrote three full-page articles in which it featured him as an authority on careers. He was judged the best writer, in a competition, held nationally, by the Australian Teacher Magazine.
